One Day Acuvue Define 大眼仔隱形眼鏡

The "legendary" contact lens that literally makes your eyes look larger due to a colored cicle that mimicks a larger iris. There are many brands and even unknown brands with funny colours and "prints" like stars and shapes but the most common one is Acuvue. I'm not sure if it is sold outside Asia as they only have black and brown ones and that they are made in Japan.

Acuvue Define has 2 base curve sizes. It's very important that no matter what kind of contact lens you try, you NEED to have an optometrist to check your eyes. Especially for color contacts as they are usually offering fewer base curve choices.

So for those who are interested in these colored contacts, the main reason should be for looking good. I tried both colors personally, and since my eyes are really really really dark, the brown doesn't really do much. And the black looks natural on me however it didn't really enlarge my iris that much as mine are similar sizes already.

However for some people with paler iris color or smaller iris, these contacts do help making your eyes look larger and more doll like.

I remember years ago people here loved wearing coloured contacts like blue, green or light brown. I tried it too I must admit. But as Asian you can never fake being western if you don't have a matching look. And also, why not love your real self? The black or brown contacts can accentuate or Asian features without making us look weird or too unnatural and I'd say this is way better than the blue/gree/grey ones. Also it's got high comfort level if the curve fits you. But if you want something really dramatic, I'd say just stick to your real self and don't spend money on this one.

Also there are shops that sell all funky contact lens without the presence of an optometrist. Please do not buy from those shops as it can hurt your eyes. Your eyes are the windows of your soul and they are really important. Ill fitting contacts can lead to a lot of serious problems so don't take that risk.

傳說中會令你眼睛變大的大眼仔隱形眼鏡! 相信很多人都知道，它令你眼變大的原因，是因為鏡上有一個模擬大虹膜的色圈。市面常有幾個牌子都有提供這類產品，有些不知名的牌子甚至推出一些怪顏色或怪印花的，例如星星眼之類的隱形眼鏡。不過最普遍的都是Acuvue Define。不過，我不知道Johnson & Johnson有沒有在亞洲以外的地方售賣這產品，因為他們只有黑和啡的選擇。生產地為日本。

Acuvue Define只提供兩個弧度。請注意，無論你想試那一種隱形眼鏡，你都一定要找一位視光師幫你作檢查。尤其是顏色隱形眼鏡，因為它們通常都不會推出很多弧度的選擇。

對這些眼色隱形眼鏡有興趣的朋友大多都是因為愛美。我自己就兩個眼色都試用過。因為我的虹膜根本就是很黑很亮(不過不是很柔)，啡色鏡對我來說就是沒有甚麼效果。黑色的呢？可能我的虹膜也不小，所以隱形眼鏡並沒有加大我的眼睛有多少。

不過對於虹膜眼色較淡或虹膜較小的朋友來說，這些隱形眼鏡真的能讓你的眼睛看來大些，變成娃娃眼。

我記得很多年前曾經亦流行過顏色隱形眼鏡。當時的大概是外國人的藍綠啡等等的顏色。我不得不承認我也試過這些產品。但作為亞洲人，我想我們永遠都不能打扮成外國人罷，除非你天生有那個樣子! 還有最重要的是，為甚麼我們都不愛我們真正的自己？新的大眼仔隱形眼鏡可加強我們的東方美，但又不會令我們看來怪怪的和不自然。我覺得這個比起那些藍綠灰的外國人眼色好得多。如果弧度合適的話，戴Acuvue的舒適度亦很高。不過如果你想要誇張效果的，就不要浪費你的金錢了。

近來市面上亦有很多店鋪售賣各式顏色隱形眼鏡，但就沒有視光師在場的。請各位千萬不要光顧這些店啊!眼睛是靈魂之窗，對我們非常重要。不合適的隱形眼鏡會引至很多嚴重的眼睛問題，會傷及我們的眼睛啊。我們絕對不能冒這個險呢。
